It is our goal to connect you with unique pieces that will bring you joy, so please contact info@riveternashville.com in advance of your purchase for any additional photos/videos, details, or information you would like to ensure you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
We are a growing, but small operation who specialize in unique, mostly handmade items from independent designers, so we must limit returns accordingly. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Official Return Policy:
Returns for Defects Only: If your product is defective upon arrival or doesn't match the description, it may be eligible for return:
Immediate Notification: If you receive a defective product due to maker-defect, you must send a photo and description of the issue within 7 days to info@riveternashville.com to be eligible for a merchandise refund. Merchandise that has been damaged differs from defect, and is not eligible for returns. All merchandise is evaluated & approved before shipping, so if damage occurs during shipping, the issue can be addressed with the shipping carrier.
Customer Pays for Return Shipping: Unless the item is found to be defective, customers are responsible to cover return shipping.
Store Credit or Exchange for Non-Defective Returns: We offer store credit or exchanges for non-defective items.
Customer Pays for Exchange Shipping
Free Return Shipping: We include free return shipping to certain levels of our Loyal Customer Program. Please contact info@riveternashville.com to inquire about membership, or to see if this option is available to apply to your return.
