Shipping + Returns
 

Order Processing / Lead time -

If your item is in stock, standard orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. RIVETER business days are Wednesday-Sunday. Shipping rates are quoted upon purchase. If you need an item by a certain date, please choose the fastest shipping option available and email info@riveternashville.com to notify us of your desired receipt date. We will do our best to accomodate requests.

All items sold online are also available in our physical location. On rare occasion, there could be backorders due to technology lag in online order processing, even if the transaction appears to complete successfully. In the off chance this impacts your order, we will notify you to determine how you'd like to proceed. 

Shipping -

We offer free, standard domestic shipping on orders over $100. Additional shipping options are shown upon purchase. Jewelry shipments are insured and will require an adult signature upon delivery for all orders over $200. If you'd prefer to waive adult signature, please email us at info@riveternashville.com with you order number and your request to waive signature. *Please be aware, this will waive any responsibility of RIVETER or the shipping carrier in the event of any damage, theft, loss, or other issues encountered during delivery of your package.

International Shipping -

We offer international shipping on a case by case basis. Please email info@riveternashville.com with your address and the pieces you're interested in to receive a shipping quote. Shipping quotes exclude any associated duties and taxes, or other import fees. You will be fully responsible for the cost of satisfying any additional requirements/costs of moving your items through customs.

TN Sales Tax -

Shipments to addresses in TN will be charged sales tax. All other locales should check your local tax laws to determine your responsibility for paying taxes on online purchases. 

Returns -

We are currently not offering any returns/exchanges on items purchased during this time. All online sales are final. Our return/exchange policy is subject to change.
